| I found this abandoned grain silo close to the Oklahoma / Texas state line. This dilapidated structure was hidden behind a row of huge trees soaking up the pretty golder hour sunlight. I scrambled to get as many good compositions as possible before losing what was left in the day. I snapped about one hundred shots and these are the dirty thirty I like the best. I'm sure several of these textures will sink into my new work. I love the color palette and grafitti elements working here. Textures and figures are always my greatest inspiration when beginning a new piece. Finding such a rich location is fun and it drives me to get out there to discover more like it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
